why isnt my midas aggressive

don't midas not have a sex i thought that in the wild they travel in large groups and the dominant fish is male or female not sure but something like that ? or am i carzy

yeah enjoy while it lasts . As soon. As mine hit 9 inches it went from a perfect angel to one PMS'ing raging *****. It was weird becuase it happened over night. I can be 10 feet away from the tank before he starts banging the glass to get at me..... But I guess every fish is different

Mine was the opposite of this. He was a complete aggressor between 5"-9", he's calmed down since. I'm thinking it has to do with the fact that he's much larger than his tankmates now, and doesn't see them as a threat.

they are great fish give it time. mine are very interactive and it will get aggressive very soon.
