This in a nutshell. Their are more DIY Enthusiasts on this one website then their are on the other 30 or so sites I visit weekly.

I agree 100%... People shop around for what they want to hear. For the most part it's new members getting started in monster fish keeping. We just have to remember that to the average person a 55g tank is huge and a 75g is gigantic. A lot of newbies come to this site with that mind set. I have also seen first hand on this forum,people getting flamed for asking noob questions(remember the tank size mind set). So they either disapear or appear to lie about a 1,000g build or bigger--seems everyone has a pond to put fish in these days !!!!! My point is some people exagerate to avoid getting flamed to death on here. MFK is an awesome compilation of information from the average hobbiest to experts. We just have to continue to give our advice and learn from each other.
