Why my Oscar is not eating?

Doubt his water is 4.5 to 4.8ph…he’s is SoCal and the water is rock hard out of the tap. Probably meant 7.5-7.8ph.
Regardless, separate that Oscar from the dorado. Either add a divider and some salt. Or put it in its own tank and add some salt and keep the water clean

if im not wrong and saw his other thread isnt he keeping the dorado and other large fishes in a 75 gallon? thats why they are fighting for space.
