why not seal the wood with glass????

I imagine "glass" means fiberglass and resin. I am in complete agreement with this construction technique. Whether the structure is CMU or wood, a fiberglass liner is the only way to go. Pond liner sucks and so does epoxy. Last time I checked, fiberglassing was cheap, but miserable work.

If you read the 1st post you would see he is talking about GLASSSSSSSSS, NOT fiberglass.
