our business check printing company has a 75 gallon tank in our lobby. however, the plants are not growing at all. do you think a co2 reactor will help?

yes it might help but i would not go DIY Co2 for a 75 gallon personally. might work though.. i dunno really. presurrized Co2 would be best in that situation..IMO. the link to ur company was not neeed at all..

Before I used Co2

3 weeks After I started using DIY Co2

How long was the tank set up for before you added CO2? Judging from the opacity of the water and the fact that the tank wasn't even stocked (at least I see no fish) this was a new set-up. If so, then there is no base for before/after comparison.

Did you only start to add CO2 or also other ferts? Lastly, how did your pH change with CO2 addition?

If you are not here to debate, why do you post at all? If you do not care to answer a legitimate question by a fellow fishkeeper, then I honestly wonder why you visit an internet forum in the first place.

:thumbsdow

MFK is about exchanging information and mutual learning. If you just want to show off tank pics out of context and without questions asked, I am sure you will find more appropriate sites than MFK, such as our sister site http://www.aquatic-photography.com.

You must be having a bad day, don't worry, happens to all of us. Take it easy and get some good sleep.

depends you need proper lighting and some nutrients for plants to use as fertilizer before co2 will do any good

Deleting posts, really? There was no basis for you to delete a " LOL" post. I guess you can't handle some light criticism every now and again. You are a moderator, please don't abuse that power.

And regarding c02 - ANYTIME someone posts something regarding whether or not to use c02, you refuse to acknowledge that c02 has it's benefits. Don't argue on the new threads that come up whether or not to use c02. Just refer them to your well constructed sticky (by inserting a link) and ask them to read it. And be done. You've made your argument and made it well in the sticky. Leave it at that. It still allows fishkeepers to consider all aspects of injecting c02 into the aquarium without you shooting them down constantly.

It's getting old and annoying and I'm posting this kindly to ask you to stop.
