For 1 thing,feeding your Aro birds really messes up your water,there is nothing wrong with feeding it fish(just make sure the feeders are "clean")in thier habitat there is thousands and thousands gallons of water that they live in,in our aquaria we cannot come even close to that so we have to be careful what we feed our fish for fear of polluting our water and killing our Aro's,just my 2 cents.

Not sure why the obsession of replicating the wild. Truth is not everything happening in the wild is good. Just because Aros eat insects, birds, etc., doesn't mean they are all better for them than prepared foods. Some are, some aren't.

For example we eat mainly prepared foods that science have proven to be better for us. Now if we throw a certain population into the wild and see how they end up I'm almost certain I will bet the farm that the city boys will grow up more healthy and more aesthethically pleasing to the eye.

Just my 3 cents.

lol well, we "city boys" sit at our computers while some countrymen are always out and about or doing something better for themselves. and eating your food totally synthetic and processed meats i guarantee you, aren't where its at at all!! preservatives and the like... thats where you gotta have a blend of natural foods and i guess vitamin supplements is what you should mean. and i believe its safe to say that between us and other countries where health has some option to it, theres an even field of people who do or don't look pleasing to the eye .


people like to reference the greek portrayal of perfect health (the statues), when i don't think having a potbelly means absolute health at all IMO let alone absolute beauty... though the creators of those figures would swear on their lives that was the ideal body in health. not to mention all of our personal tastes. i dont know what their eating, but they got some fine brazillian ladies out there, i like most European blondes as well. hell, most countries got SOMETHING to appreciate
