It was either Andrew Zimmerman or Andrew Bordain who tasted camel meat on their show,They were somewhere in the Middle East and the meat looked really good the way it was prepared.

They serve Camel Ribs at the buffet sometimes, they look more like brontosaurus ribs tho...

Reminds me of the Flinstones cartoon where the family orders take out food and the waitress brings them this huge piece of rib that tips over their car.

Btw, I watched that Special Forces movie... Pretty good, but I hated how they just stood in the open and shot at each other, I'm pretty sure they stopped doing that in the Civil War era...
