lol cheers woofy, although he's lost a lot of his black now!

I had tile for a little while. It looked nice but I was getting a lot of gunk under the tile which was annoying to clean. Most of my tanks are sand now. Wish I had left them tile. As far as the diamond stuff you should be able to find it without shipping. Just becareful it comes in different sizes (don't know the correct term sorry)

The bad thing about tile is the fish turds that get stuck underneath some of the tiles. Then you have to lift them up to clean it all up. Plus, tile under aquarium lights usually looks a lot lighter in color than it does in the store. So if you want it to look like black tile, you have to get the darkest black tile you can or it comes out light grey. Same is true for brown and any other color. I had tile and I took it out.

I put tile in a 300 gallon stock tank. I originally had sand but it kept getting sucked into the pumps. You can't see anything in a pond with a black bottom so I cut light tiles to fit and it looks good. I also, unintentionally, left just enough sand to fill the gaps between the tiles so nothing really gets under them.
