Do not used participated. If I do that, it would crash out...and when I launch again, it would go to the same place and crash out again...I ended up having to remove the ap and reinstall to get back to this.

It is getting annoying reading posts like this. Why don't you go read post 4 and maybe you will understand why there is a problem. It is a free site that is experiencing an issue. Get over it and if it bothers you that much come back when it is fixed.

A simple announcement from people that run the site would have been nice...also, if a popular forum was behaving like this for days without any official explanation, you should expect posts like this. If this annoys you, you too can come back after everything is fixed

I'm not kidding.
Can we all post to each other on the MFK facebook, at least- would Neo allow that? I checked there, but only saw a couple inquiries posted and not under membership names, so I didn't know who they were.

Yeah I was one of those who posted there. The positive part of that is that I found out who Mr Bigglesworth really is. Nothing to get excited about ,I know,but it was a pleasant consolation....

Which is why most companies that are having issues will make a site go dark. So threads and posts like this don't flood a site. I feel the people in charge of running MFK have done an excellent job on getting the site up temporarily for people to use. So a few functions don't work properly, who cares. It will get fixed eventually. Not like your paying for a service that isn't working. If that was the case then yeah I would be upset.

I was just about to ring every single member to let them know what was going on but was unable to access the website to get the numbers as it was down.
Same issue making an announcement I suppose.

Anyway on a serious note updates were available on the Facebook page as that was the only other medium we had to do so.

No disrespect Dixon, but there were no notifications on the MFK facebook page. I kept looking there hoping that there would be, but to no avail. Next time this happens though that would be a perfect place to post updates on the situation.

First thing I checked was Facebook. The last notice on the page besides enquiries was a dec11 chat session. Otherwise there were not anything.
