Why isn't there bottled toilet water for rich peoples dogs...and used fish tank water for their cats.

Btw, anyone see the Penn & Teller BS episode on bottled water? They had a guy fill bottles from a garden hose and serve them in a ritzy cafe and they took a survey of which water people liked best. The customers acted like they could tell the difference and all complemented how good the water was.
