Can't speak for Cubans, but Dempseys are usually very tough, especially with their solid jaws

Many keepers of cubans have stories of them killing their tankmates. Many jd keepers have them succesfully in community tanks. My 10" male jd is in a 125 and shows no interest in tankmates.
