I have spent hours going through many different scientific journal databases and sadly I have yet to come up with anything in English about these fish. The articles stickied at top have very little information in them even!
Im curious how you know they are breeding them if you are only speculating that these institutions exist, and you have not found anything in english to back up your claim.
Im just very skeptical when it comes to ST breeding because no one has been able to produce any videos, pictures, documentation, names of any orginization, or even a "friend of a friend who knows someone" story. And of coarse the fact that there isn't a single known ST under 4" seems to disprove any claim of successful breeding.
There was someone on these forums a while back who talked about "secret pulcher breeding societies" but couldn't produce a single spec of evidence to back any of it up. After being asked repeatedly for ANY type of info, he left this forum.
