Hmmm my big worry would be the hampala barbs I can see in the pics. Those things were introduced into thailand to irradicate giant snake heads they WILL kill everything in the pond.

Dats most find in Mekong River around Southeas Asia next to Thai, Laos, Vietname and Combodia. Mekong River are dirty and ****ting water river that is.

We're not trying to export and yes I know there is an export ban on dats out of Thailand. As for the water in the pond, its from a natural reservoir underneath it.
My dad and I are interested in breeding these guys to help repopulate the wild. He knows a few people at the department of fisheries, that is how he got his current stock of fishies... As for the hampala barb, before dats enter the pond we are going to net everything out of that pond to make sure nothing disturbs them.

if anything maybe add a big fountain to the middle for some airation.... i dont see why they wouldnt be fine in there.... and the water im sure is in good shape.... dirt bottom plants etc... natural filtration....

While there is a Thai export ban on STs/widebars (D. pulcher), I'm not aware of any export ban on NTTs/thinbars (D. undecimradiatus).
