Just pointing out how ridiculous it is to add a crime to a crime in trying to make it right. "Death happened, so hey everybody, let's make more death happen!" That's like, "I pooped my pants. I guess I'll poop them again and make it all better." Adding more death should be the last thing on anyone's mind, especially considering how awful the first death was.

nah its more like someone taking a dump on your porch
most would not do it but the odd person overcome with emotion might do it in anger but they will be punished and hey might never do it again
then there are the people who will take a dump on your porch and get a massive high from it, he will keep taking a dump on your porch taking bigger and bigger dumps as he gets away with it more, even if he gets caught and cured by your twisted way of thinking everyone can be helped standards the chances are he will go out a do it again
how many porches would you be willing to take responsibility for since by trying to help him you become responsible for what he does.
