you might want to look at the kel-tec pf9, it's slimmer and better for ccw.

how will she carry, in a purse / front pocket / on her belt?
if in a purse; i would go with a bigger gun, no need for something small that kicks pretty hard if it's gonna be in a purse. a purse is a good place for a glock 26/27, hell go bigger if you like!
on the hip; something thin is the key there, the p11 aint bad but the pf9 is the bee's knees! and if you have the extra scratch, look at some kahrs!!
front pocket; that's the home of the .380. kel-tec p3at, ruger lcp and taurus tcp and any other kel-tec clones out there with a disantis nemesis holster can't be beat!

purse mostly. and we picked this one for the price and lack of an exposed hammer to accidentaly hit. and she carries a small purse
