I wanted to share some pics of my new wigglers.....
My managuenses layed on Friday, hatched Monday and are wiggling freaks today.

This was their first brood and they did well, I moved the rock and parents from the 150 tank to a 70 gallon on Sunday. I had to move the male back to the big tank monday night because the female thought he was eating the wigglers, but he was doing a good job picking them from the rock and moving them to the hole. Oh well he tried.

Very nice little batch.
How large are the parents?
I have a young pair that just spawned on
Wed. The male is 7" and the female is 6.5".:headbang2

Female is about 6.5-7" male is just 4.5"

This was the first time for both

coongrats!

Dimmed the lights, played soft music :D

Actually they just do it when they are ready, water is clean, they eat well, temp is good

Not exactly sure what the key is to get them to spawn, but it keeps happening at my house, I think there is viagra in the water
