I'll try to do air cargo but I only know Delta that didn't require an account with them (earlier this year when I shipped 11 fish) hope it's still the same.
The problem with Delta is that there's no direct flight to Denver International airport and they require at least 2hr layover time between flights so they can transfer the cargo properly which makes a flight leave NJ around noon (so have time to get the fish packaged) and get to you around evening (at least an hr or two before their office in Denver closes) could be difficult.
