Wild caught feeders

What about the laws and regulations about take gamefish with net?

I just know that with juvenile convicts you don't want their spine fins too developed/large, or it could pose a risk to the fish you are feeding them to, thus my basis for that.

This would be my biggest concern by far.
 
take a scissor to the spine if that a problem.. bream basically have the same spines as convicts.. i dont see a problem at all.. go for it
