She is about 8". That's my son's hand on her.

She is from a F1 Sarabia Male from Anger Management cichlids and a F2 Naranjo Female from Rapps

Yup. And I love that look! But I cant get Algae to grow on the back. It will grow on everything else, including the sides and the front glass but not the back. I even went and bought a 3D background, then leaned rocks and driftwood w/ algae and java moss against it. But now my Male has ripped off all the Java Moss from everything anyway.........about to say screw it. Thinking of adding leaf litter at the bottom. Like Stanzzz recommends. I'm gonna see if that ignites anything. If anything it will be good for the remainder of fry I still have. Think I have finally gotten it down to about 20.

Thanks..... I am to let the algae go half way up the back and not on the sides or the front.... definitely seems to grow not so much were you want it..... I take it down every now and then if it starts to look too messy..... A while back I had some nice grassy long green algae that looked really like the video but it tends to clump up and then recede and to just being A green blanket.... I got my lights On timers and they stay at 16 hours before they shut off...... I didn't want to try Java moss but I feel like my Male is gonna do the same as yours did....
