Selling for the price I paid.................. $15 each firm
Hey mfk got some wild colombian oscars I hate to sell but my 'rio caqueta' oscar pair has finally decided they don't like these guys and I'm trying to get the caqueta pair stable. The only agression I've noticed is amongst other oscars, they've ignored small flowerhorns, polly palmas, bgk's, and convicts. As a matter of fact my male convict is the master of the tank and its a 187g lol.
Anyways I bought these from Infinite Aquatics as wild colombian oscars about 8 months ago at around 3 inches and they're about 8-9inches now. Fed only prepared foods. They're not quite as ravenous feeders as typical oscars, perhaps because I feed them multiple small meals, but they're still rather messy.
These look almost exactly the same as the 'rio caqueta' oscars at first glance but there's a slight difference. These oscars have some orange spangling in their tails and rear part of the dorsal that is absent in my rio caqueta oscars. My large rio caqueta oscar also has started to develop orange scales along the rear half of its body over the past few months.
Pictures below.
