Once the F1 babies get to 1/2-3/4" I'll make them available.
The male is not damaged. That's just due to my sucky camera and some smudges on the glass.
The thing about this male and the other that I got from Dan Woodland is that they don't exhibit the normal full body spangling, but have strong barring and lots of green and red coloration. You can see this in the picture of him when he was a little younger that Dan took.
My old large pair, that I lost due to hurricane Katrina, in my avatar pic is a great comparison. The female was wild and the male was tank raised. You can see the full body spangling and lack of barring.
stunning colors i would love a pair of these be i can't decide between a few cichlids how active or interactive with people are red terrors when older i've heard and seen the evadince of how aggressive they are but do they hide alot like some cichlids or just chill in one spot
