Octofasciatus were caught in only 2 of the locations, Doubloon and Crooked Tree, by far the most common fish in the visted areas were the meeki, "they are the cutteri of honduras in belize", makes sense? here are a few more pics....s1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg548/vintagekika/belize/

It's funny how jacks are so common in the hobby yet finding wild specimens is nearly impossible.

I've often wondered about this. I don't think I've ever seen JDs on Jeff Rapps' site and he gets everything, even Arapaima gigas.

Were you collecting these fish to take home or eat? Why did you lay them down on the ground or just throw them in the bottom of the boat?
