Wild kelberi so close I can just smell them!

Don't worry too much about the spangling, they both look amazing to me.
My best looking kelberi was the one with least spangle and the body was very light yellowish color.

James when u first got them in what did u start feeding them? at what size did u start weening them off live?

I never gave them feeders.
I fed them blackworm a little bit at a time sometimes up to 8 times a day for about 2 weeks. Let them get used to you and come to you to feed. Then wean to frozen blackworm at the same time introduce small pieces of freeze dried krill, this step took me about 1-2 weeks. Once they are on freeze fried krill you can throw in some pellets first thing in the morning when they are hungry with empty stomach, and this step took the longest maybe 2-3 weeks. Those go beyond 8" and not trained are almost impossible to convert to pellets anymore.
