just research your state laws on that and, who knows, maybe it is legal after all.

In many states it is illegal to keep any wild indiginous fish or reptile without a permit.

Also i would say that around 90%+ of the lmb you will see here and on any other aquarium site were harvested illegally.

But most fish keepers will never admit it.
