Anyone notice that Kayo congi have a racing stripes similar to a lap or pbb on top of it's head but it doesn't run all the way dow to the body? It just stop close to the pectoral fins. I only seen this in Kayo congi. Some other congi in other region have bloctchy or with a circular pattern on the head.

Wait when yours start to settle down nicely. I also seen this on fishn'cash kayo congi.

I'm guessing that this type of congi was thought to be the polypterus bichir katangae as they thought of the racing stripes very similar to other bichir complex.

I will post pics of my kayo congi too soon. It's just it hides a lot and will only come out during feeding.
