Wild Orinos are here!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ohh man, dont worry too much they should be fine, all your water params are ok, keep us updated.

I got them to recover! I worked on this tank all day lol. 30% water change, fresh dose of stress coat, little cichlid salt, new tank mates (removed Oscar and added 2 juvie Firemouths), new uplift tubes. After about 3 hours they came around, even took a small feed. They were really struggling this morning. All that TLC got my nitrates down to 10ppm. Still not totally in the clear but looking a hell of alot better. Thanks for all the encouragement!

:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

They didn't even sound at all like anythign was wrong with them :D

Waiting for tomorrows post.... ;)

Im sure its just because of all the extra factors and not your water, meaning I bet the trip and the new tank, etc is definetly going to take its toll, but give them time and they should get more active/happier. Good luck keep us posted!

They are settling in nicely. Last night was awesome, I had one rosie left that was just swimming around the tank kinda clueless all day, they werent bothering him a bit. Then as soon as I turned the lights out for the night the bigger one nailed it almost immediatly lol. The smaller one is alot more gentle if you will. It takes feeders readily but so far prefers frozen bloodworms and mosquito larvae. Im sure its still just adjusting. Heres a couple more pics...
