Wild Orinos? **WARNING***

Here is a pic of some of our old 3" colombian orinos brought in last year. Orinos dont always get spangeling at a small size, but the majority of venezulan oones do. Colombian orinos are more plain. But notice the blk line does not run threw there body like the occels you purchased. Hope this pic helps.

nice fish channarox, dude I'm totally confused anymore about IDing these fish. Some people tell me that the black stripe doesn't run to tip of tail, yours does, so if yours are orinos, then who knows what my 29 are. I'll wait and post pics in a few weeks. Those two from pet solutions should be in today, i'll post pics of them later on today.

i never said they were orinos.
but since everyones saying "diamond shaped bars,blueish fins,red eyes,cheek markings,etc." im just comparing to mine.
i'll see in a few weeks/months.

I don't believe channarox is saying his are orinos. Just that they look like laosy's fish. They all look like ocells to me, but that's not saying much.

Channa....you pretty much described my fish..I had a jumper too so now I'm down to 3. still hoping and wishing though..yours are looking sexy!

the fins on yours are identical to mine. they are starting to show very nice patterns...I'll get some close ups and out of water pics tonight when I do a w/c..

thanks,mine do show very nice patterns.
but i can never get them in photos with a 2MP camera....
i didnt ask what they were,plus they would probably tell me something in chinese.
which i cant understand....

remember a few members had some small orinos from NE cichlids that looked like tems sometimes?
being that they could change to have a straight bar across the body.
well...mine show the same sometimes.
