Nice! he's a brutal looking guy, great color on his throat

Mine are from Rio Camecha (sp?)

Any idea where yours is from?

Thanks. He's really only a terror at feeding time. He'll try to kill anything in his path. The Yoyo's and BN's know where to hide now but he'll spend a good 5 min after eating looking for something to beat on. He's now taking it out on my XP3's inlet which he loves detaching from the glass and ramming into. After around 5 min he's back to normal and the Yoyo's and BN's come back out. Man, I gotta get him a woman

I talked to Don and he said mine was collected from Rio Hondo.

Any news on the fry?

Thanks fishluvr! Me too, far better looking than the male and she's the reason I bought this pair, hoping to end up with a male that has the tear drops.

I never knew the teardrops were a big deal. My male trimac has them.

Never, they are the classic.Anyone worth there salt will take a 'mac hands down.

Yours have to be both the best looking I've ever seen, and the best pair ever on here. And they are wild too. You've got a great thing going there.

I agree. Need an update on the spawn though.

Any update on the spawn? Did you manage to have any wigglers?

Yeah, any updates? Would love to know if the fry made it.

Got back into town and all the eggs were gone :( oh well, wasn't ready to raise them yet anyway.

Thank you!

I don't know if they are a big deal to anyone else but I really like the look of them, always have, one of the first pics of a trimac I saw was of a huge male with the tear drops, have always wanted one similar to him I guess.

Thats a bummer - hopefully you'll have better luck next time! I am guessing since this was their first time (?) they might not have known "what-to-do":D
