I thought the midas had a shorter face and the red devils was longer and pointed?

which one ges a bigger nuchal hump now?
I believe that LFS aren't the only places that have hybrids of these, but it is not uncommon for these 2 to intermingle in the wild as well.

I think that midas get a bigger hump. I had a 10" male that had a bigger hump than any RD I've seen. It's going to vary from fish to fish too. My LFS always has them mixed-up.
