hello you cichla peoples, i would really appreciate it if i can get some info about this guy...i was told its a WILD CAUGHT Mono but not sure...let me know please...bc as you all can see its KNOT if growing....Im totally inlove with this beauty...hahahahahaha

i can care less if its not wild caught...but if it is well thats gonna make my day...so yeah...check it out..

I can't tell u if its WC or not. But what I can tell u is, his knot is called a nuchal hump. And 2, a nuchal hump is no indication that its WC. CB also have nuchal humps.

no one can say for sure rather it's wild caught or not here... However the rule of thumb is WC cichla have better colors and more defined patterns. So with that in mind my opinion would be NO that cichla wouldn't fall under that category. This cichla appears to be faded and lacks in pattern to me - IMO

I don't think it's wild caught either, it does however seem to look different to any other Mono i've seen before - the colours seem faded but not like a Mono x Ocells colours.

Has anyone else got any Mono's like this?
