Wildcaught Tanganyika Tank

They COULD be wild-caught. Maybe they're old breeders. Then they wouldn't have much longer to live anyways.

If they were juvies, they're NOT w/c. If they look old as hell, it's possible. If they're mature and looking good, then I don't know. LFS could have gotten more money if they were w/c mature-prime adults.
 
a lot of times they will just mark up fish x amount over what they paid to get it out. I have seen wilds in a mixed tank sell for 14.99 each on a regular basis. I know these are wild because I know where they get from, but it happens.... Story does not sound too off...
