Will a BGK nip at a ropefish's fins?

I just bought the 2 and the bgk seems to bite at the ropefish's scales and fins.

What size tank are they in? Size of fish? Are you giving sufficient hiding places/caves?

my bgk is inquisitive and intelligent but not aggressive to other species. they tend to have an quick, haphazard, acrobatic swimming style that often invades the personal space of other tankmates, but they're not aggressive towards other species. they usually show aggression only towards their own kind.

My BGK doesn't bother my Ropefish.

theyre in a 75 gallon tank. the bgk has a clear cave thing, and uses that usually, but I dont know if its just messing with it or if it's trying to hurt it. but theyre both little.

The only time my Ghost does that to my bichirs is if they invade his hiding spot or territory nearby. Generally he is very peacful.

my bgks never mess with my ropefish...if they are fighting it could be for hiding spots...to end this add more spots or take them all away...i have done both with great results...gl
