I think a solo female would be fine in a 90. I had a pair in a 75. My pair was just as much of wet pets as an Oscar.

they dont have mood swings like an oscar, they aint got the puppy dog eyes, what fish REALLY come close to oscars as a wet pet, only the giant gourami imo!

They don't need hiding spaces, it'll just turn the fish into a Wimp. Make sure there's Lots of foot traffic in front of the tank, it'll make the fish more social. Whenever you're ready I have the fish 4U!!!
