Will an Electric Catfish be ok with 5 Red Bellys?

I have a 40 gallon tank and it has five 1 inch red bellys, and I was wondering if I could put a dwarf electric catfish(1 inch too)with them?

If you startle the catfish they could zap as well. They need their own tank.
