Will Bass Eat Bass?

have you seen these monsters eat?
with my pellets they devour them buffet style before anything in the tank realize that i am in the room.
with small fish / feeders they go mental, dont even use feeders anymore due to the obvious health reasons but also because it is just a massacre.
wouldnt try it.

I just had a 5 inch mono eat one of my 3inch azuls. Smaller p bass leads to lots of fighting.

that is why i am contemplating purchasing an azul or two which are 2 inches.
i have the time and space in an additional growout, but still. i have two temensis pushing 6 or 7 inches and they're not slowing down any time soon. dont know how long i would have to wait until they are suitable size, if at all or any, to be put with the tems.
tems being the largest , arguably fastest growing cichla, wouldnt want the stress worrying about, or in the worst case, one or two dead azuls
