Will birchirs attack rays

I don't think any upper jaw (like the sen and del) would try to eat a ray. And if they can't eat it, they will leave it alone. Bichirs rarely attack anything (unless its another bichir)

So I have a very different experience. When keeping rays and bichirs together, I have found tail nips, disk nips, etc. Not saying that it was super serious, but it did occur several times and became something I learned to keep an eye on.

just started reading post and was about to warn you that the ray may eat a bichir or two and then i carried on reading and found that she did ! anything much smaller than the rays wing diameter can be attacked and eaten and sometimes even larger fish ! motoro's seem to be the worst for this though,also a larger bichir can take nips out of the rays wing tips as when they are hungry they will snap at anything that moves,but having said this i have seen it done but i wouldn't take the risk either way
