No. I wouldn't try puffers with long-finned specimens, let alone angelfish.

NO! I had 2 beautiful 6" angels and stupidly introduced a 1/2" puffer. He immediately attacked the angels long fins reducing one to its half-dollar sized body(no fins) in a day. All it could do was be pushed arround by the current. The other was more aggressive and could keep the puffer at bay. Needless to say I got rid of the puffer, let the injured angel stay and, in a few months grew its fins back completely.
