Will it drowning?

You can do it, just gotta keep up on the water changes or devide the tank so the snake wont get in the water.

They like to **** and piss in the water.

Hmm, some stuff you could try...

Garter or water snake - I'd go garter, waters get pretty big and they drop a lot of waste. For sure it will poop in the water and you'll need a hell of a filter to keep up with that. Also the water would eat the fish...if you pick a garter your fish should be OK if they're big enough.

Basilisk - They're not that hard to find now, if you don't fill the tank that much you can put some branches that overhang the water area to give it more room. Mostly insect eaters so fish should be safe, and will enjoy the water. If the tank was bigger you could do a water dragon but the 75 would be too small for him.

Water dragons, basilisks, water snakes, ribbon snakes, garter snakes, mt horned dragons, coneheaded lizards, yellow anaconda (not sure exactly how big they get...not as large as the greens, I know), tentacled snake, file snake, elephant trunk snake,

how about an alligator snapping turtle

I was about to say it's too small for a snapping turtle for more than a couple of years. Then I remembered that alligator snappers never move, so yeah that might work :)

still too small for an alligator. a regular might work but they are more active.

What happends when the two years are up? Will you be keeping the animals or getting rid of them? The snapping turtle thing wont work, they get HUGE. You could put a Rainbow Boa in their, I would see them liking that. As for yellow anacondas, they can get 8-12 feet long... Kinda big for a 75 gallon tank. My best advice is to have 2 seperate tanks: One for reptiles, one for fish.

I agree and I advise! Rainbow boas are absolutly beautiful snakes. If my mom would let me have a snake I garuntee that is what I would get.

I liked the rainbow snakes better too. and I m not so worried about the 2 yr deal with the tank, he his getting married soon and I know his gf dont like that tank at their apartment. it takes space, so in a yr I will buy the tank from him, I just not going to buy it now because I need the money for my other fish related maintains. By the way I was showing picts I googled on the rainbow snakes, file snake and the coneheaded lizard to my lil sis and the first thing she asked was if they are venenous. I told her no, but the snakes do eat rats/ pinkies. she told me she wont mind having it, she just dont want to see them eat.:D

Tanx yall, 2morow I will go to the houston garden and get some dirt and plants/driftwood. I saw it somewhere that the rainbows are like $175, is that too much?

Depends what kind of Rainbow you are talking about. The 2 most common are the Colombian and the Brazilian. I dont live in the states so I dont know the price down their. Up here, Brazilians at the expo are $225 and I dont kow about Colombians.
