Will it work for my 25 gallon tank?

Most bottom dwellers are naturally a bit shy, plecos included. You could try a small bichir, but you're pushing it on tank space.

Edit: I've almost never seen a LFS that doesn't have bristlenose in stock. Probably the most common pleco next to the "common pleco," which get huge.

Haha I guess I'll try to get a Pleco.
I'll ask one of my lfs to see if they could order a Bristle nose Pleco or else I think I'll just get a Rubberlip. Are Striped raphael Catfishes also a good option.
And aha a Bichir nahh rather not push it like you mentioned.

Rubberlips and clown plecos would be good alternatives! I only suggested bristlenose because they are more common in my area and I thought they'd be easier to find. Clown pleco is probably the most attractive color wise, I do love the bristles though. ;)

My albino BN plecos are out a lot. They get startled and run away at times, but they seem to go wherever once they are comfertable in the home.
