Will my bichirs fin heal/grow back?

Even if stunted it should still grow .... Just won't hit the size it should .... My 14" Nigerian is wc bought it at 13" had it for one year now ... Only put on a inch and virtually almost no weight at all he almost as long as my other bigger ones but way way skinnier than the others ... Idk y he was only at the store for like 2 days whn I got him .... Just naturally skinny I guess?

Could be haha. Thats weird though only an inch in a year? My biggest nigerian hasnt grown length wise maybe an inch or so but has gotten a lot thicker. My teugelsi has gotten longer though. Im just hoping the little guy can join the big ones in a couple of months.
