All should be fine. Just for future, after they are an inch 2 weeks no food is ok, though I would get an auto feeder. Adults can go a month without food.
I would suggest you NEVER use the drop in food things. Only use auto feeders. Also make sure to set them up so they can't fall into the tank.
(Trust me I have had experience. In the last year I have been gone for ~4 months.) I don't ever worry about feeding fish for a week though I tend to get people to at least do water changes and check feeders if I will be gone longer than that.

Fish can actually go weeks without food.

Thank you everyone for all the inputs. It makes me feel better knowing your guys' experiences and knowledge. I will let you guys know how it goes. 
Just leaving them with a fresh water change is the best thing you could do.Using vacation feeders is far more likely to kill them.Having a non fishkeeper feed them is chancy also,unless you premeasure the food,hide the extra and be sure they understand just what you left and no more.

If I'm going out of town for a week or so I try to condition my fish prior to leaving. A couple of days before I leave, I will feed a little more (protein) and do small daily water changes (5-10%). The day before I leave. No food and a good 40%+ water change. My only problem is my sump can run dry if I don't have someone to top it off.

Your fish are super healthy and will be fine. Those weekend feeders are mess. If you choose to do the auto-feeder route, test run it a few days while your home to tweek any bugs.

I agree 100 percent. The vacation food will often foul the tank while you are gone, killing fish. I know some have luck with it but i never did, always had a bad experience. I think your fish should be ok. 1 week is not too long.
