I believe with a large enough tank and good feeding you can control aggressive behaviors EASY! All cichla can live together as along as one isn't much smaller then the other where the risk is more of one eating the other. You'll be fine man. Maybe you have some other species of fish that you would like to grow out with them? It would spread the aggression. Which will give them something chase around. Rather then fight amongst each other.

Updates? :)

Will they grow at the same rate? Or do tems grow faster?

Tems are know for being the fastest growing cichla...
So yes, over time you will see a size difference. But it's better that you establish a relationship while they're smaller. Because less chance of them eating the Kels if you were just to throw them in as Adults or Juvies
I've always loved mixing groups of grow outs and putting multiple species together. Feeding is the key to lowering aggression I believe this strongly.... A fat cichla is a happy cichla :)

Also Kels take their time to grow out, along with Orinos.
No where as fast as Tems, Pinimas, or Azuls that I know can reach a 12" mark by the end of the first year.
