Will Petsmart Match Big Als on aquarium equipment?

The worst is when the manager is an idiot and just refuses to do it. then you gotta go ot the nearest petsmart

It cant be some employees match, Petsmart is a major company and they have policies that must be followed, you cant have a teenager refuse u, its policy. DEMAND the manager if it does happen.

its only worth the fight if you know its right. you are not right. petsmart policy is to price match to their webstie and local competitors. petsmart.com is the only site they pm too. going in there and making a big deal about it isnt going to do anything other then make your self look stupid and make sure the rest of the works know what they should do.

now i have priced match to big als many time but if i get shoot down i say thank you and walk away. i also look at their name and try to remember their face. next time i wont go to that person.

so before you try to get in a fight make sure you know what your talking about.

i think someone going into a store and crying and demanding something in which they dont offer is stupid.

if you took the time and read you would see i said i have priced matched to big als a few times. only once did i get turned down which is ok because thats their right.
