Why not ask this in the thread you already have open? As far as the med you're asking about I would avoid anything with copper, it can be toxic to polys, you also already got a good suggestion for treatment in the other thread.
If you want my advice keep the infected poly in qt, do 20-30% wc's every few days, start treatment with the jungle parasite meds, turn up heater just a bit, and add a little salt to help prevent secondary infections. Monitor progress, and after all worms are gone do 100% wc replace poly in qt tank and maintain slightly salty heated water for an additional week or so until you're sure the worms are completely gone.
