My black wolf fish bit the tail of my piraiba. It ate a large chunk of its tail. Will it grow back?

I don’t think it will, since there is no fin membrane left.
I have some doubt it’ll grow back but will see.

Nope, there is no caudal fin left. Bummer
Yes, i separated the curupira. He's in a 20 gallon aquarium.
It sucks that now I know the tail wont grow back. Atleast my curupira dint kill him. I will still keep the piraiba and grow it with love and care
