Will These End Up As Food?

I think it will be too much of a risk... Could be a fast way to get rid of £90 !

Another guy has 6 x 10" tinfoil barbs so I think I will go with those instead.

Hi Ade, no the tank is completely bare at the moment apart from some unipac tana sand I got the other day from a guy in London, must say is nice sand!

Cheers for opinions everyone

Lost 2 of my Metynnis Fasciatus (3-4 inches) within a week. Pulled them to grow out some more. The problem with SDs is that they sleep on bottom in the dark practically lying on their side. I was told to leave a night light on and top water plants or floating plants that hang in water so they can hide in their at night. Haven't had the courage to try it yet as I don't want to lose any more.:(

What I have found is the large the shoal the more risk

Ade grew some tinfoils up for me
I had 4 I had had for years with no problems then Ade gave me 4-5 and they got picked off one by one until I was down to 4 again they wasn't small 9-10"

I have started adding one at a time now and I'm up to 5 now with no problems

The big the shoal the more chance they have of catching one when they pounce
