will these fish get along?

Males or females can both be confrontational but it is usually the male that causes problems, mainly the fight other males, and sometimes females of their ownspecies. Also fish of the same general appearence. Put the mollies in first and givew them a day or two to settle in, if the smaller molly is at least 1/2 the size of the betta and already established in the tank the betta should not mess with it. It helps if you have a few clumps of tall plants like elodea to break visual lines and allow definition of territories (even in a small tank).

Bettas are very hardy and will live under the same conditions as mollies unless you convert the mollies to almost full salt water, they take 72-82F temps well and eat flake foods with the occasional supplement of mosquito larvae or brine shrimp.

The smaller molly isn't even close to being 1/2 the size of a betta. They are only a couple months old so I'm thinking of waiting a couple more months before putting that betta in with them. I would like these 3 mollies to grow a bit bigger before I add something else in there that is larger then them.

Thats pretty close to the size of the mollies currently give or take a bit of length. But thats just an estimate with lines. Can't take a picture of them close up since they tend to swim away and hide on me when taking pics of them. I think that they are camera shy.
