Ok thanks. The breeders told me they were peratheraps, but I don't know much on them.

I grew out a vieja synspillum with other fish and the aggression just kept getting worse. I have him in his own 110 gal tank now. He just wants to kill everything. if yours is 3" you will most likely be OK for 6 months depending on your fishes personality. Tigers don't change their stripes.

Ok I might be better to leave the argentae in the community tank and get the synspillum his own tank.
