will this work for a jelly fish tank???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
anyone??? may just have to go with a 60gal cube to make my first reef if nobody has any input on this venture

as long as its round the biube works well too

well its not completely round is the thing. Its a hexagon. I know corners can tear them up but these are more like 45 degree angles

wat type of jelly are you gettin? the upside down jelly (cassiopea andromeda) would be fine in that tank but i would recommend a biube its much cheaper and more round.

ps. look on amazon for the tank

It would look cool but be a PIA to clean. I don't think the filtration system it comes with would work for SW and jelly fish.

I was looking at moon jellyfish as they are the only ones I can readily find online. I have looked at that biube. I may get one but Id like to do a better filtration system on it and need to c one in person to see if I can drill out a few holes in the bottom.

you should be able to see one at the lfs i believe they are all acrylic.

Ahahaha You mean 135 degrees?

Well the one I saw today wasn't quite a hexagon...actually it was kinda a weird shape. Lol but yes I would like a hexagon one with 135 degree corners. Lol
