You can mix certain Afr. like Buttik. with Americans-however, in that sized tank you will have a lot of deaths-maybe something like 10X2X2-even then you would have to keep a close eye.

Pics please!! And how large are the fish-even if by some miracle what you say is true you are the exception-I would never recommend anyone to attempt what the OP wants to attempt!
 
Man!!!! That would be an awesome mix of fish. It would be the fish equivalent of the UFC!!! But realistically speaking could all those fish live in 1 tank? If so go for it! That would be the ultimate tank!!

I looked at a few of your threads but never did see the 180 gallon with approx double the amount of adult heavy hitters the OP here has together... can you give us a direct link?

Fact is its been done... the guy has gone and bought all the fish already, stuffed all the fish in his tank already... too late. Don't think there's even a chance for him to wise up and take them back.

All I can say to the OP is that you were warned, advised, etc. When this all goes pear shaped I hope you don't come back here crying a river of dead fish.
 
My local fish store has a 8ft(long)x8ft(wide)x2ft(high) dispaly tank and it has this stocking..

8 12"+ Severums (gold,green,red spotted,Rotkiel mix)
5 14" Oscars (tiger and albinos)
1 18"+ Talapia (not sure what type..looks like a giant convict)
4 Jaguar Cichlids ranging from 8"-16"
2 12" red devils
10+ Silver Dollars
5 14" Silver Sharks
5 12"+ Tin Foil Barbs
1 3ft long Arowana
4 sting rays
6 assorted 18"+ plecs (Gibbiceps,common etc)
1 3 ft Red Tail Cat fish
1 2ft Tiger Shovelnose

Plus a ton of other stuff

They said they have all been in there for 4+ years with no casualtys

Looks very cramped tho!

The only things I saw fighting was male Severums and I saw a male Jag harassing a Gibbiceps
